A Conspiracy of the Men In Black goes all the way back to the 1940's when UFO's first started being reported. All the information I present here I'd like to thank The UFO Files-The Silencers and Wikipedia. The names I use, I only use because they appeared on TV, willingly giving their names. According to Micheal Schratt, a military aerospace historian, says he may have found out the mystery behind the M.I.B. He says they're a covert government operation or organization funded by the "Black Budget" with ties to the air-force budget. They get there funding from phony front organizations that uses intimidation, fear, threats and sometimes extreme measures to keep people quiet. He presented a Security Clearance Evidence Chart that went like this, from bottom to the top. [Restricted]-[Confidential]-[Secret]-[Top Secret]-[SCI]-[USAP] 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17-President of The United States of Amecica cleared of go codes or nuclear launch codes,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28.[ZD-27]-[ORBIT]-[TRIAD]-[COSMOS]-[ASTRAL]-[STELLAR]-[ULTRA]-[LUNA]-[COSMIC]-
[MAJESTIC]. The numbers are secret crypto. And after that are There are at least 20 programs above the President in which he has no need or clearance to know about(which is a theory). What you don't know of, your not responsible for! In the Detroit Free Press on Feb. 8, 1987, there are two articles one states Secret Ledger Hides Military Projects. The other: Pentagon Black Budget has tripled under the Ragen administration. Now and days the Black Budget supposedly uses 300 Billion dollars a year. Why so much? What's it going to? Thian Wheitfield,(sp?) someone who's been looking into the M.I.B. for decades says the best cases of the M.I.B. are old ones. The ones who got closest to the truth were all Ufologists and died under mysterious circumstances. T. Allen Greenfield a UFO investigator says the same thing and that no one was older than their 40's or 50's. Morris Ketchum Jessup was a writter on books of these matters and reportedly committed suicide. He was found in his car asphyxiated. Asphyxiation is the best way to kill someone without leaving any evidence. Police on the scene said it looked like a murder faked as a suicide. What I read about his death on Wiki. and what people were saying makes me wonder about the M.I.B. even more; because apparently he was a well balanced man. Frank Edwards, a radio broadcaster and writer on UFO's etc. was apparently told to keep his mouth shut several times. He ignored these threats. Shortly after writing his book "Flying Saucers-Serious Business," a NY Times best seller that sold over 1 million copies he went to his wife saying he had the strangest feeling and just dropped dead on the spot! They say it was heart failure but he had no usual symptoms. There's a theory that he was poisoned in a way and it was a message to other UFO and M.I.B. investigators. Jim Keith wrote the book "Casebook on the Men In Black," he was young and in great health and died of a sprained ankle(Wiki. says something different). Could it have been a blood clot? Personally, I don't think so. There are many more mysterious deaths of Ufologists who talked too much about the M.I.B. Danny Gordon, a radio broadcaster took pictures of a UFO in 1987 and was invited to a conference with high ranking officials. Before he got there he received a call stating the main person who he was to speak with would not be there. They asked him if he brought the photos and negatives. He stated he brought the photos but left the negatives at home. By the time he got home the negatives were gone and nothing else. He received threats stating it was time for him to stop talking or someone was going to get hurt. He kept talking. In 1991 his son was shot in the head at a party. The first witnesses said it was by men dressed in black, but soon after quickly changed their storys. He survived but no one still knows who did the shooting. Well, that stopped him talking for over a decade. Johnny Sands, a country singer, saw a UFO and his car broke down. He was aproached by 2 M.I.B. He tried to run but couldn't move. They asked him questions then said "We'll we have to go now, but we'll see you again real soon." He was asked to make a speech at a hotel or something about this encounter; and a sketch artist made a drawing of the people and they had gills and a mouth. Two M.I.B. appeared after someone asked why they would need both. One of the M.I.B. said, "Let me answer that question for you. There's a place in the sky called Sirius 8 1/2 light years away from here. It's an aquarimunts(sp?) type planet there; meaning half water half land. But we have to go now, but we'll be seeing you again real soon!" The same thing they said to him when his car broke down in the desert. Timothy Beckley claims to have taken the only real picture of the M.I.B. It was in Jersey City, NJ after sightings of UFO's. A local spot where everyone knew each other. After the picture was taken the man and the black car thought to be the one he arrived in mysteriously was gone. Dugway is a proving grounds constructed 1942 made to test weapons for WW2. People believe this is where the M.I.B. come from. Nobody knows whats going on there now. Could it be the new Area 51? Dave Rosenfeld, had photos of something amazing in the sky above Dugway. He got some inside information about what was going on there by a someone who worked there; dates, times, locations, etc. This info. contained lasers, ring lasers, invisible camouflage, aerial vehicular testing, big stuff! He posted this on his website. Four days later the M.I.B. came and asked him to remove all the information off his website, which he did immediately. They threatened him to never do anything like that again. There were government plates on their black car. This is an intimidation method, by showing up and not removing it themselves. Ken Storch and Bob Ex were pursued around the desert of Dugway by two people in a shiny black car, after being warned to be careful because strange things were going on there. Bob had enough and got out of the car. Two M.I.B. confronted him and asked for ID. They said they wanted to know who he was; and said all he needed to know was this...as he pointed toward a G14 tag on their license plate. They were trying to intimidate them but it didn't work. The M.I.B. tailed them at high speed until they left the desert. Ken is a former peace officer and took the license plate down. It was a copy of a plate on a car that someone had in their lot. The car was a white jeep. The license plate on the M.I.B.'s car was a fake! John Rhodes was confronted by M.I.B. while investigating the Grand Canyons Caverns. They were there waiting for him and knew his name, but he didn't know them. They told him it's dangerous and he could fall. He took this as a threat. He and others believe the Grand Canyon Caverns, Area 51 and Dolce are all connected by under ground tunnels. Only 3.3% of the Grand Canyon's landscape has been explored and its geographical features make it and excellent place for this. All the eyewitness accounts of people who saw M.I.B. and had sketches made up of them done by professionals all share an eerie similarity. There faces look the same! Now, my story of M.I.B.: There was a Germain born scientist who came to America and moved to a local neighborhood of mine. He attended the local church. The Pastor there is a close friend of the family and Godfather to a family member of mine. When he died M.I.B. raided his house, took all of his files, folders, computers, anything they thought that could have information on it. At the funeral the pastor was made to stay. They reopened the casket and asked him to sign a paper saying that it was the correct body in the casket! Creepy! The Germain mans family put the house up for sale right away, and moved out never to be herd from again! Who are these M.I.B.? Some say there a covert government agency. Some say they're half hybrid alien/human. Some say they're strait up aliens! I don't know what to think. What a mystery though!

There are two pictures known to exist of the alleged Men in Black: One looks like a 1950s bookie waiting at a street corner for his numbers runner and the other looks like a reject from the casting of the Blues Brothers movie.

I do think people get visited by agents asking them about what they saw. But I am on the fence as to how many of the cases are actually real as the one book I read had so few names and only second hand stories of this phenomena.

I do think there should be an area of ufology called Urban Legends of UFOdom.

I agree about your opinion on the area of ufology, and how many cases are real. However I think the people who would be willing to join your area of idea should be willing to put their lives on the line for it. I think the books and media contain so few names out of request because these people have been scared to the bitter core and fear for their lives. What do you think about the Timothy Beckley picture, Mercury? It was taken in the 60's after reports of UFO sightings in the area. He was standing across the street from from an apartment building where Jack Robinson lived. He was a freelance editor on the staff of Jim Moseley's "Saucer News!" Its been proven there have been no alterations done to it, and by he says by the time they turned around the man and the black car they believed he came was gone. Mr. Beckley and Mr. Moseley believe this is a real photo of the M.I.B. and ufologists say, weather or not the picture is real or fake it has gone down in history as one of the most important pieces of evidence in ufology.

As I said, I think those "Men In Black" pictures of regular people and are easily explained. There is so much out there which could fit into the Urban Legend category they would really consider it.

I have many books which have cases in them that are only second and third hand versions. "A person I know heard from a friend about a crash of an object."

The problem is many take them all as fact without trying to verify names or dates if any are given.

The Men in Black part is not the only one that does this. I do think all of the stories should be looked into and actually researched for real names, places and dates.

I can't get excited about a picture of a man in a suit with a hat on standing in a doorway, especially in the 1950's, because lots of men wore suits and hats back then. That could be a picture of just some guy in a doorway.

I'm not saying these guys aren't real, I have heard some pretty convincing stories about people's encounters with them, coming to their house's and telling them to shut up. One guy was even saying how they came in his house and stood by him until he removed some information he put out on his blog. And in no uncertain terms was he ever to put it back. But then I think couldn't the Government just go in and take down his website if he was putting out info that they didn't want people to know.

There is so much going on in the world and just with our government, ever see that chart that shows all the levels of security and black ops programs. Is that for real, I was trying to find it but couldn't.

Then I hear and read so many stories about people who did know "things" and are killed, it always turns out to be a staged suicide or a completely healthy person just dropping dead of "heart disease" or car accidents, but it always seems to coincide with some recent information they knew and had been talking about.

So then I have to ask myself, you have other people out spilling their guts to the world about all the "secret things" they were or are privy too and nothing happens to them.
So it is extremely hard to know what to believe anymore.

Exactly, Luna. My grandfather dressed like that in the 1950s and I have many pictures of him wearing a hat like it.

I do think this is an interesting topic and most of the cases are true, but it is one of those which can never be really proven as fact.

I do love reading the stories about the encounters with these Men In Black, as some are very scary indeed.
