Missing Season 4 Episode

Am I the only one who finds it strange that the episode "Conspiracies And Cover-Ups" was advertised but never aired or spoke of again? I know I saw the commercial saying "Next Week" while I was watching the dinosaur episode and that was almost 2 months ago. No new episodes have aired since. I have found it on the net, but all the streams to watch are fakes and I don't see it on the H2 episode list. Must be taking them a while to edit out all the "unapproved" content and re-do the show. Kinda adds to the conspiracy theory don't you think?

Actually, the show needs to keep some episodes available later on instead of burning them off all at once. This is economics and has nothing to do with the show's content.

The TV audience is smaller during the summer for the most part and August is when college students return. Very few of us have the TV on Friday nights during the summer season.

I don't have a DVR, but they usually repeat these episodes several times in a week. They haven't been doing that with this season which is why I figured it would be the last one. The treatment of the show seems to indicate H2 or History are ready to unload it in favor of more profitable reality programming. I do hope we do get a season 5 as well as a move to another night.

Advertisers also hate DVRs as people fast forward through the ads. Many will not count the DVR audience in the ratings they receive.

I don't need a DVR (the shows I like are reran throughout the week) and I am not in the habit of believe what mainstream media wants me to believe. Very few journalists out there I trust, and many have left this world sadly.

Yeah, we have it on demand from time to time also. To watch new episodes though, a DVR is great. by Friday night @ 10 I'm usually too worn out from the week so I just waych it Saturday afternoon.

Well I see it's August now and still no new episodes. The next two Friday's are repeats. Sacred Places & The Undead. Not bad episodes, but not new either. Starting to look stranger and stranger about the Conspiracies & Cover-Ups episode that was advertised but never aired.

I keep hoping, like we all do, that something new is going to surface or happen, but it seems like there are just so many incidents and topics and they keep getting rehashed. Which is good for people just getting their feet wet in the shallow end of the pool, but for those of us that have been down in the deep end for decades it's not that exciting. But I still watch because maybe something new will be introduced or somebody will decide to break their silence.

This is EXACTLY what I'm talking about. To me, this is more proof that the episode was pulled and white washed because it hit on some serious truths that the Government doesn't want common people seeing. The original episode was titled Conspiracies And Cover-Ups and had NOTHING to do with what you say is being advertised now. The original commercial on H2 was aired during the last new episode, Aliens And Dinosaurs and was advertised as "Next Week On An All New Ancient Aliens; Have Aliens Infiltrated Our Media, Military And Government?" Then I never heard anything about it again! The one you're saying they're advertising now is just stuff taken from a season 2 episode called "Alien Contacts" I believe. The binary code was translated by computer to state something like "Continuing Observation Of Humanity To Advance Planetary Exploration" and sent chills down my spine when I first saw it until I found out they debunked it because the guy was lying.

They already did an episode about the Rendlesham incident. I remember about the binary code that was brought up (for the first time by TSgt Penniston). Are we actually going to learn more, or are they going to rehash the older episode?

I hope they do use an expert like Chris Dunn on the Pyramid episode.

One thing that has not been done is checking the ratings of this show. They might be waiting for the Olympic Games to end as well as the end of summer when college students get back to class. If they do high in the ratings with them, it would explain the summer absence.

I haven't seen the first season episodes since Season 2 aired (by choice not because it wasn't on). It's obviously been a while, but I'm not 100% sure they are reruns.
I do recognize a lot of the footage, but not all. Are these new episodes or is my memory totally shot?

I have not seen the Time Travelers episode but have seen all the others that have aired. I remember watchin the commercial for the conspiracy episode, but only that one time. I was pretty excited about it & then, the following Friday...rerun! WTF-What did they not want us to see?

Just the fact that the commercial aired and then the episode didn't kinda confirms something they were gonna say in the episode was too close to home, don't ya think?
