Reminds me of Eric the Viking, Eric and crew go to Hy-Brasil and the King's daughter has a magic cloak of invisibility!

Invisibility With Metamaterials & Calcite Crystal

This truly puts the AAT into perspective. Maybe in half of these ancient events aliens interacted in secret from behind a curtain. Much like in Star Trek Insurrection, where Data is in an isolation suit whilst his task team operate from a cloaked building.
