Thought this was interesting and in many cases the author makes a good case regarding humans living with dinosaurs. I can just see if they had tvs back then "Man and Pet T-Rex show off new tricks" just an interesting idea.

I rather like it. 8)

If they can find some fossils indicating modern man being much older than the 400,000 years that is being established, that would really help out this idea. Also, it would help to find recent bones of a dinosaur, but most of them have been dated for millions of years old. The article is very interesting, but has many flaws if he is basing the lifestyle of dinosaurs to some of our modern mammals and reptiles. Dinosaurs were not reptiles, and many paleontologists now believe the dinosaurs were warm blooded. A warm blooded dinosaur means a very quick on its feet dinosaur. Modern man would not stand a chance if they had nothing to defend themselves with if up against the raptors which did hunt in packs.

It would also be so cool to find a living dinosaur in one of the dense forests of the world.

Yes, and many had feathers that originally were thought not to. I had always been a fan of the T-Rex and was amazed that the young had feathers when they were born but later did not.

I think he can make a few good points - my thought on this was Atlantis- Ancient buildings. I may be going way out on a limb here, but what if Dinos were used in the building of mega structures back then. Just a thought.

My boyfriend worked at a zoo and when he was in college they were discussng how many unknown species there are out there. How natives draw pictures of things that look like smaller versions of dinosaurs. You never know. As many people have seen Lochness makes you wonder if at some point there was any truth to it.

although the theories that Turkeys are modern day dinosaurs always makes me smile..changes my holiday.

The thing about a T-Rex is they are so big we would at least be able to find a small opening somewhere so he can't get to us. But not so much with the raptors as they were our size and would follow us for lunch.

It is also possible some of the large creatures that lived in the oceans survived. The sound known as The Bloop is still a mystery to this day, but many think it was created by some type of leviathan.

I like this article, as it points out the the fact that, there is no solid evidence to support humans and dinosaurs ever lived together , but at the same time there is no solid evidence that they didn't. The only reason we say they didn't is because we are told they didn't in school. (Learn to question what your told! especially if it's assumptions). There is so much we still don't know, that's why we are creating species of dinosaurs from 10% skeletons. Maybe they walked around in Mankinis and said "I liiike!" just like Borat...

I don't see much difference between humans vs a pack of raptors and humans vs pack of lions, and the lions didn't kill all humans in africa. In fact if you look at Australian aborigines or maori vs megafauna, the humans were quiet successful in wiping the other out to the point of extinction. I think this is where it is obvious how much of an advantage it is to have a higher creative intelligence, don't underestimate it. (i suspect if humans could master fire that dinosaurs would be affraid of it just like most animals today).

Is any religion or even AAT based on anything more than a little bit of supporting evidence and a lot of belief? Actually i would say there is more evidence supporting AAT than mystical Gods, but it's still the minority belief. And until there is solid proof it's still AATheory not AAFact.

So far the oldest modern human fossil found is a tooth that is about 400,000 years old (it still needs to be confirmed). The fossils of most dinosaurs are tens of millions of years old and they have yet to find younger fossils of dinosaurs.

So far the evidence supports that man and dinosaurs lived separately, but who is to say they won't find a discovery that says otherwise.

I was also looking to see how old they claim the Earth to be, but they were vague about it. They do claim that the flood of Noah is what killed off the dinosaurs and refute the age of the Grand Canyon. The site is basically a Christian Creationism site, not that there is anything wrong with that.

I don't think the two are mutually exclusive.

Folks it is like a friend of mine once told me he said "don't ask too many questions, never be afraid, believe the impossible is possible and learn to breathe."
